The Museum’s café serves brewed-to-order espresso drinks from local roaster James Coffee Co., plus a selection of refreshing beverages. The menu features California casual fare, including homemade salads, grilled sandwiches, soups made from scratch, healthy wraps, and more. Enjoy ample seating in air-conditioned comfort in the Museum’s four-story, sky-lit atrium.

The café’s name was inspired by a Museum research projects that engages citizen scientists to help us learn more about the elusive San Bernardino Flying Squirrel (Glaucomys sabrinus californicus). Learn more.
